Anonymous asked: I use 'mental health issues' most often because it feels the most neutral, something that's important to me since I see them as both a health issue and as a difference that I can celebrate at times. I will say that when I'm having a really hard time I'm more likely to call it a mental illness because it does feel like a sickness then.
