Petition: Bring back the mental health inpatient survey

[Trigger Warning: Involuntary hospitalization, medical abuse, unsafe restraint, PTSD]

I heard from a Registered Mental Health Nurse (anonymously) about this. They said they signed the petition and think it’s really important, but the survey and the procedures surrounding it need to be reviewed, as staff often give the survey to the least problematic patients i.e. they’re collecting a biased demographic of information that is most likely to reflect well on them.

This survey needs to be available freely to everyone in inpatient mental health care.
