I need your help!

The international directory of suicide hotlines I’ve posted is not exhaustive in terms of countries covered, or services within each country. If you know of a great hotline running in your country that hasn’t been mentioned: send it my way. 

I’d love to make a ‘crisis point’ zine with your help next year with resources, advice and experiences to aid those who are going through dark times: if we can point them in the right direction of places to seek help, and share with them stories of how we’ve lived through hopeless times too, I think we could collectively create a really powerful support mechanism.

I should stress that I want this to be as inclusive as possible of various gender identities, sexual orientations, classes, ethnicities, races and cultures because “we all know it gets better a lot sooner if you are white, cisgendered, and middle class.”
