A week and a half ago I hadn’t eaten for almost 24 hours. Something small triggered me, and I wanted to take any/all diazepam available. Luckily, there was none. I ate, and very soon after thought, “Uh, what the fuck just happened?! That’s unhinged.”
Yeah, I dig that. I think there’s a lot to be said for consistent meal times creating stable routines as well, which is particularly important for depressives who may be struggling with motivation.

I agree, completely. It can be a struggle for me as I have another physical health condition that can impact food intake, so that can be pretty frustrating! But I know how important it is and I try to be as responsible as possible.
