You know…I’m having a hard time articulating my thoughts on this, but I just want to say in response to today’s release of Anders Behring Breivik’s psychiatric report stating that he’s suffering from Paranoid Schizophrenia; he isn’t being “let off” from anything. Life in a secure psychiatric hospital as opposed to prison isn’t the ‘nice’ option. I’m not excusing what he did, not in...

You can arrange it when you send money as a gift/personal that you pay the fee so that the person receiving the money doesn’t. Or, just charge £2.30 from this point on? Paypal fees are ridiculous.
Oh no no. I capped it at £2 to make it reasonably affordable. Ain’t crossin’ that line! (But thank...

Here is a case study of a patient with Bipolar Disorder. Before we go into the specifics, let’s define what Bipolar Disorder means.

Well, if the guy wasn’t aware, then he’s not being racist. If he was aware, then he might be. Unless you know the person and ask him if he was aware, no one can be sure. I just see a lot of ranting when the picture doesn’t show it…
I think one can be racist without conscious intent....

I’m trying to write an introduction to neurons, neurotransmitters and neural signalling by making a comparison between the brain and a party. I don’t know precisely where I’m going with this but I’m pretty sure I’ll be coming out of it looking like a total nerd. I just want people to love neuroscience as much as I do ok.
